Every year at this time I get to see one of my favourite families quite a bit.  Lots of birthdays and of course family photos.  The first birthday of the 4 kids belongs to Mr. H here.  The older he gets, the more he astounds me.  Thoughtful, curious, adventurous but cautious, smart and getting more handsome in each passing year 🙂

The next picture may be my all time fav of H.  It’s nothing over the top.  It’s nothing that you may seem as “special”.  But to me….this is H.

Even though this was the first time I had officially met this Momma to be, she is already kind of like family.  See, Daddy to be, I have known since he was…..well, born I guess!  Our families are intertwined as he is my Aunt’s nephew.  We have had many a family gathering and functions together through out the years.  I had heard so many amazing things about this young lady and was so excited to finally meet her!  Pregnancy suits her well.  She just looks fresh and healthy and has that “glow” about her.  I am so excited to meet this little girl growing inside….but no one is as excited as the Oma to be!!!

The last image is my favourite!  To me, this sums her up perfectly.  Young, stunning, at peace, strong and ready for everything that will be coming her way 🙂

{she’s a keeper} | Barrie, Ontario Newborn Photographer

Usually a 6 week old shoot is a hard one.  They have found their ten fingers and two hands and want to move them everywhere.  They are  not as sleepy as a brand new newborn and are sometimes just too alert for their own good 😉  This little sweetie was an exception to the rule!  I had such a good time with her and she did an amazing job.
